WHY?
At Bravo Arts Solutions, video communication is essential to how we work, especially as a fully remote team. Just like a live performance brings energy and connection to the stage, our internal meetings are conducted on video to foster collaboration and creativity. We frequently record short, informative videos for team members and clients across the globe, ensuring seamless collaboration—no matter the distance. We need team members who are comfortable stepping into the spotlight on video to share ideas and collaborate, much like an artist performs with confidence.
WHAT TO SAY
To help us understand your fit for the role and how you’ll adapt to our video-driven culture, we require that you submit a brief, informal video as part of your application.
In terms of the video context, we typically ask you to answer 1-3 short questions such as:
- Why are you a perfect fit for this role?
- What excites you about this opportunity and our company?
- What is your connection to the performing arts, and why do they matter to you?
HOW TO RECORD
You can easily record your video using a cell phone, computer webcam, or video recording software like Loom. Don’t worry about being overly formal—think of this as your first chance to show us your authentic self, much like a performer’s first rehearsal. But do put your best foot forward!
HOW TO SHARE IT
Since video files are often too large for email, it’s best to upload your video to an online service like Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox and share the link with us. This ensures a smoother submission process.
KEPT COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL
Rest assured, all videos submitted will remain confidential and will not be shared or posted publicly. The video is only used for our internal hiring process to help us get to know you better and assess your fit within our creative team.
