About Our Hiring Process
At Bravo Arts Solutions, we are passionate about the performing arts and committed to innovation. As a company blending technology with the arts, we understand the unique needs of this dynamic field. We seek talented individuals who share our enthusiasm for both creativity and technology.
Our hiring process is designed to assess your skills and ensure you align with our mission of enhancing the performing arts through technology. If you’re excited about working in a creative and collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!
We believe in a transparent and fair hiring process. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Submit Your Application
Submit your application, which should include:
- Your resume.
- A cover letter explaining your passion for the performing arts and your interest in this role.
- A 1-3 minute video introducing yourself and sharing how your skills can support the unique needs of our arts-focused company.
We value the time you’ve taken to apply and will respond to all applicants who properly submit their application according to the instructions and requirements.
2. Initial Screening
After reviewing your application, we will reach out to you by email with additional questions to better assess your qualifications, experience in the arts, and fit for the role. If selected, you’ll move to the next step.
3. First Interview (video call)
This is a brief 20-30 minute conversation where we’ll:
- Get to know you better.
- Discuss your experience and how it relates to the performing arts.
- Share more about Bravo Arts Solutions, our mission, and the role you’re applying for.
4. Second Interview (Deeper Dive)
In this longer interview, we’ll explore your experience in greater detail, including how you solve problems in creative or production environments and how you collaborate with others in the performing arts industry. We’ll also discuss your career goals and how they align with our company’s vision to elevate the arts through technology.
5. Paid Test Project
If you’ve made it to this step, congratulations! You’ve been shortlisted to the top 2-3 candidates. All shortlisted applicants are required to complete a paid test project prior to a final hiring decision is made. This project will mimic real-world tasks you might encounter at Bravo Arts Solutions, allowing us to see how you bring your creative and technical skills to life, meet deadlines, and communicate your process.
6. Offer
If you’re the right fit, we’ll extend an offer and then finalize a contract, depending on whether you’re joining as an employee or contractor.
7. Onboarding
Once you accept, we’ll start the onboarding process to ensure you’re equipped with everything you need to support our mission and thrive in your new role.
